Owner/Head Trainer, Shawna Gilmartin, has over 25 years experience training all breeds of dogs. From German Shepherds & St. Bernards to Cockapoos & Cane Corsos, she has worked successfully with numerous breeds. She is an AKC certified S.T.A.R Puppy and Canine Good Citizen evaluator. Shawna has experience with temperament evaluations, Therapy Dog training, behavioral modification including reactive dogs, and Service dog training. As a long-time breeder of imported West German Shepherds, she has hands-on knowledge and experience with many aspects of behavior and focused training. Badenheath K9 offers real world experience, which gives your dog the greatest advantage.
Located at 9107 Culbertson Rd. in the rural countryside of Dansville, NY, Badenheath K9 offers an indoor training facility, as well as fenced outdoor training areas on over 13 acres. Classes are generally offered throughout the week, as well as on weekends to provide flexibility for your sessions. Our facility is an hour from Rochester, Canandaigua and Batavia and minutes from Geneseo, Mount Morris and Hornell.
